Approved bespoke joinery specifications are passed to Rayfitout's in-house production facility in Dubai for manufacturing. Kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, vanity units, wall panelling, and other commissioned pieces are produced according to the approved dimensions, materials, hardware, and finishes. Quality checks are carried out before dispatch to verify the manufactured items against the agreed specifications.

Once production and inspection are complete, the shipping arrangements are coordinated according to the agreed delivery terms. Responsibilities for freight, customs documentation, import duties, and clearance are confirmed before dispatch.
