The panel uses an MDF base with a slightly recessed area to accommodate the application of micro-cement finishes (sold separately). This recessed area is typically around 8-10 millimeters deep.


This design allows for a clean and precise finish for the micro-cement, preventing it from overlapping the frame's outer edge. Additionally, the recessed area helps counteract any potential warping that might occur due to the natural properties of the micro-cement material.

The aluminum frame comes in four standard, finely brushed colors with warm and cool options. Additionally, you can request different finishes like coarser brushed or matte polished colors. This anodization process creates a protective oxide layer on the metal surface, making it resistant to corrosion while also offering a unique visual appeal.
